By accessing the Avalon Vermont Lodge website, interacting with the Avalon Wheel, or playing any of our parlor games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must depart the platform immediately.

2. Social Casino Nature & No Real Money

This platform provides simulated gaming strictly for entertainment. Avalon Crystals (AVC) have zero real-world value. Success in our social games does not imply future success at real-money gambling. We do not offer cash payouts, real-world prizes, or monetary exchanges of any kind.

5. Virtual Currency (AVC) Mechanics & Rules

Avalon Crystals (AVC) are distributed freely through daily logins, mutator events, and in-game mechanics. They are licensed to you as a limited, non-transferable, revocable right for use solely within the Avalon Vermont ecosystem. They remain the property of Avalon Vermont Entertainment Ltd.

6. License to Use the Platform

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.

7. Prohibited Actions and Conduct

Guests must not use automated scripts, bots, or exploit bugs to manipulate virtual currency balances or game outcomes. Disruptive behavior, reverse engineering the game logic, or attempting to monetize AVC externally is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual assets, including the Avalon Wheel design, Frostbite Reels symbols, world lore, and brand imagery, are the exclusive intellectual property of Avalon Vermont Entertainment Ltd. Unauthorized use is a violation of international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avalon Vermont provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for session interruptions, lost virtual balances, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the social casino.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Users agree to attempt resolution informally through our concierge desk before pursuing any formal legal action.

11. Account Termination

Avalon Vermont reserves the right to suspend or terminate any guest session or upgraded account at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these terms or extended periods of inactivity.

12. Modifications to Terms
